What is a pharmacist?
When you’re feeling sick, a doctor may give you or your parents a prescription to make you feel better. Pharmacists are the ones who make sure you get exactly what the doctor ordered. They fully understand medicines and carefully prepare your prescription so you get better fast. They also advise patients on how and when to take their medicine and how to avoid dangerous drug interactions.

How much education do you need?
Most pharmacist careers require a master’s degree or Ph.D., M.D. or J.D. (law degree).
