What is an aerospace engineer?
Long before you or your family members ever take a flight, you can be sure your airplane went through serious testing. Aerospace engineers design, construct and test aircraft, missiles and spacecraft. Their knowledge of science and special materials helps them create aircraft that can handle high speeds and the hottest or coldest temperatures. Some aerospace engineers even work for NASA! Now that’s cool.
